Log into booj, make sure you are switched over to your office vs personal using the toggle.
Click on Lead Routing Tab and select Pods in the drop down.
This will take you to your "pods" where you can edit OR create a new pod.
Set up either general lead routing or you can get creative by creating criteria for lead routing for specific agents.
Click Save & Activate at the bottom!

TIP: I have ours set up for all agents on round robin but have to manually edit my pod to add agents as they join. It doesn't not automatically add them.
