We are not just posting fluff content that goes to another website, we are trying to generate leads and business back to you but also engage with sharing local events from other pages and comment, engage with those other pages for the highest visibility for you. This is why we are more of your Digital Media Specialist, because we are creating content for your social but also managing your website by adding content over there to use for sharing to social! Whether it be videos, Reels, Stories, etc.

$500 set up & month to month contract after 90 days.
SET UP FEE: This set up fee includes us creating unique to your Agent / Team templates for your social posts, Getting a Social Calendar set up for approval, Getting your website ready for Call To Action Social Posts, setting up KCM website for Blogs (if applicable) as well as many other variables. This is also why we require a minimum of 90 days (although we have never lost a client do to our performance, we have worked with agents & teams to train an on site person to take over their accounts).

Real Estate Agent Directory will post to your Facebook Page with gorgeous photos thru their Page Engage option, the photos really do get engagement and they have add on option for your listings, home search, Home Valuation, contests and more. Plans start around $40 per quarter
