A few quick tips when scheduling:

Use the email connected to your calendar (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) so the appointment can easily sync to your calendar.

Include your cell phone number to receive text reminders and Zoom information.

You'll receive confirmation and reminder messages before our meeting.

If your plans change, please use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation so someone else can grab your time.
One last thing...
If you're more than 10 minutes late, we'll need to reschedule. There's nothing quite like staring at an empty Zoom screen wondering if you're coming. 😂
