MULTI OFFICES: You will have a Company SIte (includes all agents from all offices) as well as Branch Sites for each location. Typically Branch site customization is what your agents will inherit (sometimes these sites will inherit the Company level site). We will not know until we get into your account to know which rule applies to you. All sites will need to be ordered separately.​

HEADER: Replace header with your own graphic(s), Stock graphics, video from options below or your own YouTube Link.

WIDGETS: Featured area widgets (You have the option include Cities, Counties or Lifestyle searches), as well as Market report, contact us, buyer & seller widgets on your home page.

PAGES: Add Buyer, Seller. Mortgage Calculator Pages, plus KCM Blog RSS Feed, Market Report & Home App Links to your Website & Menu Dropdown. Our Buyer & Seller Pages also include buttons that will go to lead gen pages for additional visibility. All of the pages & content we add will include Search Engine Optimiation (SEO).

LANDING PAGES: Generate Leads while you sleep with these Buyer & Seller Guide Landing Pages! (We will use buttons on your Buyer & Seller Page to link to these).

CONTENT: Add up to 12 Cities for the "Areas We Serve", we will add these areas as additional content pages on your website and add them as a dropdown in your Menu Bar!

CUSTOM WIDGETS: Looking to add an intro video or logo to your home page? Chose this option for custom widgets.

CRM - AUTOMATIONS: We will make sure you have the latest Smart Campaigns available as well as add our monthly newsletters & holiday campaigns into your system.
45 MINUTE REVIEW & COACHING SESSION: We will review your website, any updates, questions you may have. We will also review your automations & smart campaigns. Write down any questions you may have about your website or the system so we can cover these during your session! We can record this session upon request. (You will also get free access to our full onboarding course & workbook)! ​
REFRESH SITE PLAN $600 One Time Fee
EXCLUSIVE to past website clients to refresh your website by redoing your content in the new page content editor.
The NEW Content Editor came out in October 2024 and does not talk to the old editor. Additionally, we used Buyer & Seller videos from the REMAX Channel that were made private in April 2025 and now appear as black boxes. If we did your site prior to these updates, we will redo your Buyer, Seller pages as well as landing pages (with updated guides) inside the NEW editor giving your website a fresh updated look!
