$500 set up & month to month contract after 90 Days.
PLATINUM PACKAGE Social Posts include; Custom Holiday / Seasonal posts, Agent Weekly Activity, Your Blogs, Featured Areas on your website, Videos, RE/MAX Custom Commercials, Real Estate & DIY Tips, Engagement Posts, etc - These designs will be added to your Hub so you agents will have access for their social! We will also manage your Hub site and main office website up to date and include enhancements.
*Blogs will be added to your website if your website has a blog platform. If not, we will create a Keeping Current Matters Blog Site for you.
Agents will have access to me via email for questions on their RE/MAX Systems and tools and If a zoom meet up is required for screen sharing to solve an issue or for a coaching session we will schedule this with them.
If you do a weekly email for your agents, we will be happy to add marketing & tech tips along with upcoming RU classes for you. Your admin team can fill in your office events & other updates you may have!
We highly recommend doing Birthday, Anniversary & Award social posts for your agents. We are happy to work with you to design templates for your admins to use for these posts!
BASIC PACKAGE We will create and manage your Office HUB website, update and manage your Office website as well as create branded social graphics you / agents have access to via your Hub. We do not schedule OR manage social media accounts with the BASIC package but give you all the tools for managing by your team. We will send out a monthly content calendar at the end of each month with branded monthly graphics and other goodies.

We have over 7+ Yrs experience working the kvCORE system so your Brokerage and Agents will be in excellent hands. If you are on kvCORE, we will set up your Company website with our Platinum Plan and create Squeeze pages for social posts and agents can also use these for generating their own Lead Gen!

Do the Math: The Average Broker package is around $350/wk.
If you hired an Employee at $20/hr, that would be under 20 hrs a week. Plus you will need to provide desk space, computer, full training on the tools available then pray they are a good fit, driven and stay up to date with the tools available.
When you bring us on board as your Marketing / Tech Team, you will have someone who has been with RE/MAX for almost 20 years, is a Speaker at RE/MAX Events, an Admin for the largest Facebook Groups for RE/MAX Associates around the Globe and stays on top of all the tools available that can help your agents take their real estate business to the MAX! Let us focus on your digital footprint and helping your agents utilize the tools available to them while you focus on other activities!
F.A.Q'S - WHAT TO EXPECT
(After zoom consultation to establish if we are a good fit & come up with a game plan of action)
Week 1 - Get agreement signed, gather social & other logins that we will need for access.
Week 2 - We will send over our social templates for approval. Once approved we will work on getting your social graphics ready for your office & agents!
Week 3 - Building out Your Agent HUB Website.
Week 4 - Creating e-mail templates for approval and should be ready to go! We will begin scheduling content for the following month using your approved templates (Platinum Plan)!
Week 5 - Intro video from Heather sent to your agents with links to NEW Agent Hub Website, kvCORE site enhancement order form and how to contact me with any questions!
